Hello!! To begin with I want to congratulate you for finding the Forums! It took me over a week to notice they were even here, haha!!
I created this thread over two years ago just to simply encourage newbies to get to know each other and to ask the “silly” questions that sometimes we feel like we can’t ask! I know how hard the first few days/weeks on a new website can be so I wanted to create this thread for all newbies to feel welcomed!!
During those two years this thread escalated in posts & views and I’m so shocked and so happy how big the thread has got!! :D I’ll try to make this post as helpful as I can!

Tips for Newbies!
To begin with, you should post here in this thread to get to know the other ‘newbies’ on Redbubble. See what they’re doing, see how you can improve your profile etc. Redbubble is a fantastic place to make friends, so this thread is the perfect place to start!

Next, if you haven’t already, you need to upload your first work(s) in order to gain feedback on ways to improve! Depending on your level of expertise this could really help you out in your first few weeks! Some handy links: Uploading to different Products

Initially, to get exposure and views on your work, you can meet friends on Redbubble. Then you may want to move on to joining a few Groups– there’s almost literally a group for anything and everything! Groups are a perfect place to get your work seen, through Featured Works and Challenges. I host Four groups: Backyard Photography , Bicolour Beauties , Tee-Raphic Tees and Pretty In Pink . All groups are free to join so join as many as you like and engage in the group communities! :)

Here are some handy links/ tutorials:

When you get more settled on Redbubble, it’s a really good idea to set up Social Media pages – Facebook Pages are a really good place to start since you can control your page from your very own personal account! My Facebook Page is here , if you go to this thread to “like back” each other’s facebook pages to gain likes :D

If you have any questions at all, feel free to message me or post in the Learning Centre centre of the forums! :)
